1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Directly manage the operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure inventory management processes such as shipping, receiving, and cycle counting are executed efficiently.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage cleaning crews to uphold store presentation.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to influence and provide feedback to peers.
3. Strong operational skills in a retail setting.
