Sephora Operations Lead

- Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Directly manage the operations team, including staffing and performance management.
- Ensure inventory management processes such as shipping, receiving, and cycle counting are executed efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage cleaning crews to uphold store presentation.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store sales performance and controllable expenses.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
- Proven ability to influence and provide feedback to peers.
- Strong operational skills in a retail setting.
