Sephora Operations Lead

- Oversee all operational aspects of the Sephora store, including direct management of the Operations team.
- Ensure execution of operational processes in alignment with company standards.
- Manage inventory processes such as shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
- Supervise visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
- Oversee supply management, ensuring appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and expenses.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong store operations skills
