Sephora Operations Lead

1. Directly manage all members of the Operations team within the store.
2. Oversee staffing, including the overnight stock team and operations leadership team.
3. Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes in alignment with company standards.
4. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure compliance with company standards.
6. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
7. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
8. Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
9. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
10. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
