Sephora Operations Lead

1. Directly manage all members of the Operations team within the store.
2. Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards.
3. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
4. Manage visual merchandising to align with company standards.
5. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
6. Oversee supply management, maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
7. Participate in performance management for the operations team, delivering timely feedback for improvement.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
9. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
