Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
5. Manage supply budgets and ensure appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Proven ability to influence and provide constructive feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong understanding of store operations and inventory management.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
