1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure the execution of inventory management processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Manage visual merchandising to align with company standards.
5. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
6. Oversee supply management, maintaining budget and inventory of supplies, testers, and samples.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Demonstrated strong store operations skills.
