Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the Sephora store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and leadership of the overnight stock team.
3. Ensure the execution of inventory management processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Manage visual merchandising to align with company standards and oversee cleaning crews.
5. Maintain budget and supply management for store operations, including testers and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
