1. Lead and manage all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring operational excellence.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
3. Ensure visual merchandising and on-stage visuals meet company standards.
4. Manage supply processes, maintaining appropriate budget and stock levels for supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management for the operations team, providing feedback and development opportunities.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

2. Strong store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
