1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, including team management.
2. Support staffing for the operations team, night stock team, and operations leadership.
3. Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
4. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and compliance with company guidelines.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to align with company standards.
6. Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
7. Manage supply processes to maintain budget and appropriate stock levels.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for team improvement.
9. Act as the on-duty manager, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor.
10. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
