1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
2. Manage the operations team, including staffing, stock management, and general execution of store activities.
3. Ensure excellence in store operations and lead operational activities.
4. Manage inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to align with corporate standards.
6. Supervise internal and external cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
7. Manage supply processes to maintain budget and appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for team improvement.
9. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor.
10. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Excellent store operations skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
