1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, including managing the operations team.
2. Support staffing of the operations team, night stock team, and operations leadership team.
3. Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards in store processes.
4. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to align with company standards.
6. Manage internal and external cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
7. Oversee supply management to maintain budget and appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for team improvement.
9. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor.
10. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
