1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Sephora store, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
2. Ensure the execution of operational processes in alignment with company standards.
3. Manage inventory activities such as shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
4. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards and manage cleaning crews.
5. Handle supply management, ensuring budget adherence and appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management, providing feedback and development opportunities for the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Proficiency in store operations management.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
