1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews to maintain store cleanliness.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store sales performance and expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence and provide feedback to peers.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
