Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management of the Operations team.
2. Ensure execution of all store operations processes in alignment with company standards.
3. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
4. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Coordinate with in-house and third-party cleaning crews to maintain store cleanliness.
6. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
7. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
9. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.
