Sephora Operations Lead

- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
- Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards and manage cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance and expense management.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong store operations skills
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- Effective time management
- Problem-solving skills
