1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring excellence in execution.
2. Manage the operations team, including staffing, stock team, and overall store activities.
3. Ensure compliance with company standards in all store processes, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
4. Oversee visual merchandising to align with corporate standards.
5. Manage internal and external cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
6. Handle supply management, maintaining budget and inventory of store supplies, demonstrators, and samples.
7. Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and development opportunities to team members.
8. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor.
9. Develop budget strategies and manage store revenue, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
