8. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor.
9. Develop budget strategies and manage store revenue, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
