1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Manage the operations team, including staffing and performance evaluation.
3. Support stock management processes including shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory counts.
4. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
5. Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and coaching.
6. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of store supplies and samples.
7. Act as a service leader, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor.
8. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store revenue, staffing, and payroll processes.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
