- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, as well as cycle counting.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews to maintain store presentation.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management of the operations team, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong operational skills in a retail environment.
