1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
