Responsibilities
- Support all operations-related aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
- Directly manage all members of the Operations team.
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes for the store.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage supply budgets and quantities for the store.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.
- Develop budget strategies and understand store sales performance.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
