Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage cleaning crews.
5. Manage supply budgets and ensure adequate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.

1. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
