1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
2. Manage the operations team, ensuring all processes are executed according to company standards.
3. Coordinate inventory activities such as shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Maintain budget and supply levels for store operations, including testers and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.
