Sephora Operations Lead

- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
- Manage supply processes, maintaining budget and stock levels for supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development for the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop and implement budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance and expense management.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable store volume or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong store operations skills
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
