1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Manage supply processes, maintaining budget and stock levels for supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development for the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable store volume or equivalent internal experience.
