1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store sales performance and expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
