1. Oversee all operational aspects of a designated Sephora store, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
2. Manage the operations team, including staffing and performance evaluation.
3. Coordinate inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returns, and compliance with company guidelines.
4. Supervise visual merchandising to align with corporate standards.
5. Manage internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
6. Oversee supply management to maintain budget and appropriate stock levels.
7. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store revenue, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
