1. Oversee all operational aspects of a specific Sephora store, including team management.
2. Support staffing of the operations team, night stock team, and general execution of store activities.
3. Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
4. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic stock counts.
5. Oversee visual merchandising concepts and ensure compliance with company standards.
6. Manage internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and guidance.
7. Handle supply management processes to maintain budget and appropriate stock levels.
8. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to team members.
9. Act as the manager on duty, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers.
10. Develop budget strategies and understand store revenue, staffing, and payroll processes.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a store of equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Excellent store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
