1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.
3. Supervise visual merchandising to align with corporate guidelines.
4. Coordinate cleaning teams to maintain store standards.
5. Oversee supply management, ensuring budget adherence and appropriate stock levels.
6. Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
7. Act as the on-duty manager, collaborating with beauty advisors and customers.
8. Develop and implement budgetary strategies, understanding revenue, staffing, and payroll processes.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
