Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead the operational functions of the store, ensuring all processes are executed according to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and oversight of the overnight stock team.
3. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
4. Ensure visual merchandising and on-stage visuals meet company standards.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development for the Operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong operational skills within a retail environment.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational role within a retail environment.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, dependent on qualifications and experience.
