Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of store supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 and CAD$28.55 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
