1. Lead the store's operational processes to ensure excellence and adherence to company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Ensure appropriate supply management, including budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
