Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Maintain supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and quantity of supplies.
5. Participate in performance assessment and development for the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.70 - CAD$25.90 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
