Sephora Operations Lead

- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines and manage third-party cleaning crews.
- Maintain supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and controllable expenses.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
