1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Manage inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
5. Maintain appropriate budget and supply levels for store operations.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
