Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure accurate inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Manage supply budgets and ensure appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance and expense management.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to influence and provide constructive feedback to peers.
3. Strong operational skills in a retail setting.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
