1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Oversee supply management to maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, focusing on sales performance and expense control.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to influence and provide constructive feedback to peers.
3. Strong understanding of store operations and effective time management skills.
