Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
4. Manage supply processes, maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
