1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and leadership of the overnight stock team.
3. Ensure execution of inventory management processes, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Oversee supply management, including budgeting and maintaining appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
