1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure inventory management processes such as shipping, receiving, and cycle counting are executed efficiently.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning services.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, understanding store sales performance and controllable expenses.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A minimum of three years in a similar operational leadership role within a high-volume retail environment is required.
