1. Oversee all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and performance management.
3. Ensure operational excellence through effective execution of processes such as inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
4. Manage visual merchandising to align with company standards and oversee cleaning crews.
5. Maintain supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop and implement budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.
