1. Oversee all operational aspects of the designated Sephora store location, ensuring alignment with company standards.
2. Directly manage the operations team, including staffing, overnight stock team, and operations leadership.
3. Ensure the execution of all operations-focused processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
4. Manage visual merchandising to maintain company standards and oversee third-party cleaning crews.
5. Handle supply management, ensuring adequate budget and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management for the operations team, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
