1. Oversee all operational aspects of the Sephora store, including direct management of the operations team.
2. Ensure the execution of all store operations processes in accordance with company standards.
3. Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage cleaning crews to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
5. Oversee supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
