Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of sales performance and expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Demonstrated strong store operations skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.70 - CAD$25.90/hr, with potential performance-based bonuses.
