Responsibilities
- Support all operations-related aspects of the store.
- Directly manage the Operations team.
- Oversee staffing of operations and overnight stock teams.
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
- Conduct cycle counting and ensure processes are completed within guidelines.
- Manage visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and quantities for the store.
- Participate in performance management for the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Develop budget strategies and understand store sales performance.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
