1. Support all operations-related aspects of the store.
2. Directly manage the Operations team.
3. Oversee staffing of operations and overnight stock teams.
4. Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes.
5. Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
6. Conduct cycle counting and ensure processes are completed within guidelines.
7. Manage visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
8. Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning crews.
9. Manage supply budgets and quantities for the store.
10. Participate in performance management for the operations team.
11. Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients and Beauty Advisors.
12. Develop budget strategies and understand store sales performance.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
