Sephora Operations Lead

- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of store supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team, providing timely feedback.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop and implement budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll management.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills.
