Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines and manage third-party cleaning crews.
4. Maintain appropriate supply levels and manage budget for testers and samples.
5. Participate in performance management, providing feedback and coaching to the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
