Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead the operations of the store, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes in accordance with company standards.
2. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure concepts and on-stage visuals align with company standards.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
5. Manage supply processes, maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management for the operations team, delivering timely feedback and follow-up.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies, demonstrating expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong store operations skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.
