- Support all operations-related aspects of the store.
- Directly manage the Operations team.
- Oversee staffing of operations and overnight stock team.
- Ensure execution of all operational processes per company standards.
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, and returns.
- Oversee visual merchandising to meet company standards.
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews.
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management for the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
- Develop budget strategies and understand store sales performance.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
