Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Maintain supply management, ensuring budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples are appropriate.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and expenses.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr, with potential performance-based bonuses.
