1. Lead and manage the operations team at a specific Sephora store location.
2. Ensure the execution of all operations-focused processes in alignment with company standards.
3. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage in-house or third-party cleaning crews.
5. Manage supply budgets and ensure appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and expenses.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
