Sephora Operations Lead

- Directly manage all members of the Operations team within the store.
- Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes according to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and ensure appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and expenses.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
