Sephora Operations Lead

1. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Directly manage the Operations team, including staffing and leadership of the overnight stock team.
3. Ensure efficient inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage third-party cleaning crews.
5. Oversee supply management, ensuring appropriate budget and stock levels for supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and development opportunities.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and expense management.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
